We are working on a bug with customization of items. If you only customize one item, it will work fine. If you are trying to customize more than one, it deletes the personalization from the first item you placed in your cart. If you want more than one item customized, place it in the cart without the customization, and put a note in the comments when checking out that we should call you for the additional customization items. We apologize for the confusion. Hopefully it is fixed soon.
